TECHNOLOGIES:

• Filling and Primary Packing of sterile liquid, cream, solid, and powder presentations in vials, ampoules, syringes, carpules, IV bags, IV bottles, and jars.


• Inspection Systems for container integrity, fill dosing, weight, contamination particles, and leak detection, parts identification, presence, positioning, tolerances, measures, labels, and colours of medical devices, cosmetics and personal care products.


• Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM), which is a modern technology for the production of IV bottles and bags which is more efficient and significantly cheaper than old BFS processes.

• Washing and Sterilization of containers complements our filling systems as a turn-key solution which is designed in two options - linear and rotary - and according to your production rates.

• Assembly Automation of small high tolerance parts made of rigid and non-rigid materials for medical devices, sharps, filters, drug delivery, and cosmetic and personal care packaging. Other available capabilities are control & data analysis, functional tests, and prototypes.

• Handling Systems for IV bags and bottles - from printing to cartoning. Integration of  filling, sterilization, inspection and packaging processes, as well as load/unloading of freeze dryers.
